This morning it was only the Cavalier which managed to locate a large school of hunting bluefin tuna.
Around 10.30 am it was Freek Morees` rod that got a good bite.
For Freek, better known to many as Mr. Blacksocks, it was already the second time this week that he was allowed to use the fighting chair. On Wednesday, his tuna unfortunately came loose again after a 15 minutes fight.
Today the fight lasted about 2 hours, after which Freek was able to release an estimated 300 kg / 660 lbs bluefin tuna.
Congratulations once again Mr. Black socks.
