Triple Hook-Up Blue Marlin

Triple Hook-Up Blue Marlin

What didn't work during the two previous tournament days, was fortunately quickly forgotten today.

Today both boats fished in the `prizes` again

This morning it was first the boat Blue Marlin 3 which had a hook up from a Blue Marlin.
After a fight of more than 45 minutes, the fish could be released neatly.
The weight of this fish was estimated to be about 600lb.

The Cavalier made the party complete today and even reported a triple hook-up around 2 pm.

The very first marlin unfortunately spurred the hook

The Dutch angler Bep Charite was now allowed to use the fighting chair.
After a fight of about 25 minutes he was able to call himself the winner of an estimated 300lb blue marlin.

The second marlin was for Klaas Westerhof. His catch was estimated at 600lb.
His fight took one hour.

All marlins were released neatly after the catch.

I would like to congratulate the crew of both boats and of course all three anglers again with this great fishing day.
