180 KILO BLUE MARLIN RELEASED

It was yesterday the boat CAVALIER who caught a beautiful White Marlin,today, it was therefore once again the turn of the EXPLORAMAR.

Billy his boat was booked this morning by Fernando de la Fuente Sotomayor from Las Palmas.
At 10 a.m they hooked up.
A Blue Marlin had taken the lure from the right outrigger.

Fisher Fernando needed 40 minutes to bring this Blue Marlin behind the deck of the boat.
The fish has been estimated by the crew at a weight of 180 kilos.
Well done and congratulatiuons again for fisher Fernando and crew Billy and Oliver.

Only 20 minutes later the EXPLORAMAR hooked up again.
Also now a Blue Marlin had taken one of the outrigger lures.
This fish took a 100 meters.......and run.........lost.........came back..........took another lure.......200 meters line and..........lost again.

Frantisek Gajdosik from Slavakia fished this morning with 7 friends on the CAVALIER.
Unfortunately because here onboard today no billfish action.
There has been caught some Skipjack Tuna.

Frantisek will fish on Tuesday his 2nd charter with us.
So hopefully we can find then a billfish for him.
