1ST BLUE MARLIN RELEASED
It was today the boat CAVALIER who TAGGED and RELEASED as first boat which is leaving from Puerto Rico harbor a `huge` Blue Marlin.
I can report that there are leaving daily from Puerto Rico harbor 8 fishing boats and a wide variety of private fishing boats.
This 1st Blue Marlin of 2012 has been estimated by the crew of the CAVALIER at a weight of approximately 550 lbs/250 kilos.
A nice touch is that fisherman Marc Rapkin from the United Kingdom is the same angler who caught and released also in 2011 the 1st Blue Marlin on the CAVALIER.
I would like congratulate angler Marc and the crew of the Cavalier again with this great result.
