200 lbs Big Eye Tuna

Today we had again a wonderful fishing day with a great result.
The boat was chartered today by Danny Bernard, better known by many as Danny Nr: 1

It was decided to fish the first hour, of this 6-hour fishing trip, for Wahoo
It resulted in the capture of 1 Atlantic Bonito and a misser of a Wahoo.

But it gave us a good feeling and at 10.30 a.m we dicede to fish on deeper water.
Soon we were welcomed by hundreds of hunting seagulls and dolphins.
That the fish was here became clear when suddenly a gigantic Blue Marlin appeared behind the lures, but unfortunately nothing more then that.

At about 12 p.m we hooked up and Danny could take his place in the fighting chair.
The fight took 1 hour and 15 minutes, which resulted in tyhe catch of a huge Bigeye Tuna.
Arriving at the port, the scale gave a weight of 90 kilo / 200 lbs

After the fishing trip we have as usual, a nice chat with a bite and a drink.
