4/7 - Corona Cup IV - Day 1

Today there was a battle for the Corona Cup IV in the south of Gran Canaria.
A cup that started in 2020 after the corona pandemic.

Eric Pos was fishing on the Cavalier, assisted by his fishing buddy Han van der Graaf.
On the Blue Marlin 3 fished Klaas Westerhof and on the boat Fish-On Johnny Slor.

The catches this first day consisted mainly of skipjack tunas.

However, a blue marlin was hooked on the boat Fish-On, but it had already left after a few nice jumps. [video]

The anglers on the Cavalier also had two tentative bites of blue marlin, but again there was no success.

Thursday 6 July, the second and also decisive day of the Corona Cup IV will be fished.
