550 & 350 lbs Blue Marlin released on the boat Cavalier

It seems that the Blue Marlin is back in the waters of South Gran Canaria.
After very successful billfish catches in June and the first week of July, the catches went suddenly down.

The last 10 days there were caught different good sized Dorado and lots of Skip Jack Tuna, but unfortunately no Marlin.

But since yesterday we know for 100% sure that the billfish is still there.
Oscar Knowles and Jack Longley fished on the boat Cavalier and caught both a Blue Marlin.
These Blue Marlin has been estimated by the crew at weights of 550 and 350 lbs.

Both marlin are released in a good condition.
