6 ALBACORE TUNAS
With a fairly strong South West wind we had today the ideal weather for catching Dorado and Tuna.
It were this morning again the Albacores who were hunting behind large schools of small mackarels
All 6 anglers onboard of the EXPLORAMAR were successful and caught one of these 15 to 25 kg Albacore Tunas.
The successful anglers were: Roelof Reitsma Albert Pattenier and Wilco Terhorst from Holland. Jörg Keller from Germany and father Björn with son Jesper from Norway.
On the way to the harbor we hooked in on Wilco's rod with a very big Blue Marlin
Unfortunately because after several spectacular jumps, the marlin still escaped.
Bad luck Wilco, hopefully next year ?
