Blue Marlin 3/3

It became a great fishing day today, which anglers on board the Cavalier will never forget.

It started this morning at 10 a.m when the 1st blue marlin already appeared between the lures. But after two small bites, the fish was gone again.

Half an hour later happened the same thing with the 2nd blue marlin. A few small bites and finished. Pfffffff.

Today we also had Danny Bernard on board. Among the regular customers of the Cavalier better known as Danny No. 1. Danny celebrated his 60th birthday today and how could it have been better.

Strike number 3 was indeed on the rod of birthday boy Danny, who could not have wished for a nicer birthday present. Danny needed twenty minutes to fish his dream fish beside the boat. Great Danny !!! Congratulations again.

One hour later another hook-up. It even became a double strike. Two marlin at the same time. A French angler unfortunately lost his catch, but the other blue marlin came, after a nice fight, in the name of Fredrik Andersson .

But Danny's birthday party wasn't over yet! When he hooked up with his 2nd blaue marlin. And he could also release this beauty.

The total overview of this fishing trip therefore brought 3 blue marlin releases, 3 missed bites and 1 marlin raised.

Woooooow, a fishing day to remember. Birthday boy Danny No. 1 has at least honored his name. Erik, of course, once again congrats with the catch of your blue marlin.

All in all, of course, all the honor of this great fishing day goes to the crew of the Cavalier. Thank you very much Hafid and Aitor !!!!
