Blue Marlin 3 released 1st Blue Marlin.

A few days ago, a private boat reported the catch of a Blue Marlin.

But of the 6 Commercial sport fishing boats that Puerto Rico has, the boat Blue Marlin 3 was the very first to catch and release a Blue Marlin today.

It was the Dutch angler Jordy van Osch who, after a fight of almost one hour, was the winner of this beautiful fish.
The weight of this Blue Marlin was estimated by the crew at about 250 kilos.

The boat Cavalier is in dry dock this week for annual maintenance.
It is expected that the boat will be back in the water next Friday.
