GRAN CANARIA surrounded


It seems that that the island Gran Canaria this summer is surrounded by Marlins, Spearfish, Dorado's, Tunas and lots more.............
There is for both boats, the CAVALIER and the EXPLORAMAR, therefore almost no way to get through.
It is this summer not easy to return to the harbor `without` fish or tag flags.<-;)

The above results bring us also lots of last minute bookings.

The CAVALIER was chartered today by George Fraser and some of his friends.
George, who caught yesterday a very big Dorado, gave today his job to his fellow fishermen.
Alan Buist caught this morning a very big Albacore followed by a great hook up on George Williams` rod.
It was a tough fight for George which was rewarded, after a 25 minutes fight, with the capture of an estimated 225 kilo Blue Marlin.
Of course, that the crew properly released this beautiful fish.

The EXPLORAMAR found about noon a large school with Albacore Tunas.
Here on board the two Dutch anglers Jos van Loo and Ernst van Pels who fished the day or their lifetime.
Jos caught 4 Alboacores and Ernst caught 3 Albacores and a big Dorado.
