Cavalier fished 2nd place in Pasito Blanco Tournement.

Yesterday and today the sportfishing boats fished the 27th Big Game Tournement of Pasito Blanco.
There were 26 participants in this 27th Tournament, who fished for Blue and White Marlin, Spearfish and all Tuna species over 25 kilos. (less Blue fin)
There has been released during these 2 fishing days only 2 Blue Marlin.

Yesterday, on the 1st tournement day, it was only the boat Cal Rei who hooked up with a Blue Marlin but unfortunately they lost the fish.

Today, it was the boat Cavalier who hooked up at 11 a.m with a Blue Marlin.
On board Klaas Westerhof from Holland who was fighting 20 minutes with this marlin.
Unfortunately has been also this fish lost, only 20 meters behind the boat.

Only 15 minutes later reported the Cavalier a 2nd strike, but also this marlin wasn't hooked well.
Again 5 minutes later number 3 turns up ( maybe it was again the 2nd fish) and this one was hooked well.

Klaas was fighting 35 minutes with this Blue Marlin which has been estimated by the crew at a weight of 300 kg.
The fish is released in a good condition.

The boat Hedonist from Pasito Blanco caught and released this morning the 1st Blue Marlin of this tournement and is also the Winner.
The boat Cavalier finished on the 2nd place.
