Cooks present the China Records Certificate for the giant fish head with diced hot peppers, in Changsha, capital of central China's Hunan Province, Oct. 19, 2013.

The 23rd Chinese Chef Festival kicked off in Changsha on Saturday. A giant dish of steamed fish head with diced hot peppers, a famous dish of Hunan cuisine, was cooked and presented to visitors at the opening ceremony.
