Also today we had another great day of fishing with 4 Dutch and 4 Norwegian anglers aboard.

Catches were also on this trip excellent
Some good sized Barracuda's, 4 North Atlantic Bonito's and 1 Bluefish.

The Bluefish was `new` on this trip, because the latest one we caught dated from the first half of December
This sportfish really gives a amazing action and a great drill.
Leo Haak, got a bite of this powerfish which in only a few seconds broke his line.
And everyone knows that Leo this normally does not just let happen.

How the Bluefish looks like shows us Bob van Dongen from Holland.
Bob caught on this trip a beautifull 12 pounder.

Catches of Atlantic Bonito were reported today by Leo Hook from Holland and the Norwegians Lina Carlsson, Tryove Nilsen and Einar Aasen.
Stein Are Nilsen from Norway caught a very nice Baracuda.
Also today many small Seabreams.

This trip ended also on a very special way.
Willy and Christel Vermeulen, owner of the Belgian fishing tackle shop `De Goudvoorn` had taken a fish smoker with them.
Here in Gran Canaria for the most Canarian a totally unknown article.
The Atlantic Bonito and Barracuda were first cleaned, salted and seasoned and then smoked.
Wooooow !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two hours later, our clintes and friends, served a great and exclusive meal.
A fantstische end of an exhausting but great day of fishing.
Sunset, a fabulous meal, a good glas of wine, smoked fish.................
