Lots of Activity

Woooooow, today was another fishing day that every angler can dream of.

During our 6-hour morning trip we literally came 3 times, face to face, with a big Blue Marlin.

The 1st of the 3 showed itself only briefly behind the lures and disappeared again.

Number 2 was a very nice strike, but during the subsequent fight, the fish turned out to be the smartest and managed to escape.

Number 3 was hooked well and after a nice fight by the English angler Bob Warburton the latter managed to fish an estimated 300 lbs / 140 kg Blue Marlin besides to the boat.
After being taken a few nice photos, the marlin has been properly released.

So a fishing day full of activity.
