115 KG ROUGHTAIL STINGRAY
Lots of action today aboard the Blue Marlin 3. The angler on this boat caught some nice 10 till 20 lb eagle rays and hooked up twice with a very heavy stingray.
R.H.Kistjes from Holland was fighting about 90 minutes with his `monster` fish, but unfortunately he lost it behind the afterdeck.
More luck for Freek Morees, who caught a roughtail stingray with a weight of approximately 250 lb. (photo of the day)
After we took some nice pictures we released the fish.
The other two boats were trolling today and caught some small skipjacks and lots of 2 till 3 lb dorado's.
