2ND TOURNEMENT DAY

Today, on the boat White Marlin, a dream came true for sportfisher Klaas Westerhof from Holland.

Klaas is since 12 years one of our good clients and also a keen fishereman.

He caught before, marlin, spearfish, tuna, .....etc and his name is also listed on our boatrecords page.

Klaas his dream ???
To catch a blue marlin in a big game tournement.

Today 13.41 P.M.
Klaas hooked up and a blue marlin takes about 500 meters nylon from the 80 pounds reel.
The fight took 17 minutes and Klaas his dream came true.
He tagged and released his first blue marlin in a big game tournement.
The weight of the marlin was estimated by the crew at 220 kilo.
Congratulations again Klaas. Well done

A second blue marlin was tagged and released today by the private boat Timbeke.

Cavalier released a good sized spearfish.

After two tournements days there are now 5 boats with 300 points and one boat with 50 points.

Tomorrow we have the third and last day of this Pasito Blanco Tournement 2007.
