LIGHT TACKLE

A 10 years old child can catch a heavy stingray with a 80 or 130 lb rod and reel.
That's why we prefer to fish on our boats with rods and lines with a tension of 12, 20 or max. 30 lb.

John played on a 12 lb rod, 35 minutes with a 50 pounds common stingray.
Well done John and congratulations again.

Nice catches also for Mr Edwards with an Eagle Ray and Mr van der Bos from Holland who caught a good sized Roughtail Stingray.

Also a lot of action (view photo) and big rays on the boat Cavalier. (see the light rods)
One of the clients hooked up with a 40 pounds Wahoo, but lost the fish about 10 meters behind the boat.
