I would like to thank all anglers that we had on board again in 2021.
Despite the ups and downs of the Covid pandemic, we can fortunately look back on a year with many beautiful fishing days / weeks.

A year that started at the end of February with the catches of dozens of Bluefin, Bigeye and Albacore tuna and continued in May with spectacular catches of Blue Marlins.
A special mention will certainly go to Peter Zeestraten, who managed to catch no fewer than 3 Blue Marlins, 1 Bluefin tuna and 2 Wahoo's during his holiday.

In July, the Corona Cup was fought for the second time. This cup was awarded to Klaas Westerhof.

After 4 very successful big game months, the Pasito Blanco Big Game Tournament was fished in the last weekend of August.
Of the 41 participating boats, the Blue Marlin 3 finished in 4th place and the Cavalier in 5th place. So this year just no podium for both.

The last Blue Marlin was released by the Cavalier on October 22.
This fish was caught by the Dutch angler Danny Bernard.

The last two months of 2021, fishing took place on the flat bottom and against the slope of the reef.
During this bottom fishing, a few light rods were simultaneously fished on the surface of the water.

The many hundreds of different photos of these catches can all be found in our Hall of Fame.

From Gran Canaria we wish everyone a wonderful and festive New Year's Eve and of course a very healthy 2022 with again many spectacular catches.
